A COPY OF HORSE'S PAPERS ARE REQUIRED ALONG WITH THE ENTRY FORM AND PAYMENT!

ENTRY FEE IS WAIVED FOR HORSES PURCHASED THROUGH VGBRA PROSPECT SALES.  

30% of entry fee will be withheld for office and promotion.  Late entries may be accepted with a $10 late fee.
