Send the completed application to the VGBRA President at least 10 days prior to race date. 

For VGBRA Approval, please read and initial the following.

           

            _____  We have workers to cover the office, barrels, timers, gates, announcing and the tractor and rake crew.     

 

                ______We will provide a place on entry form and hold a VGBRA time only race preceding the beginning of the                         regular Time Only’s for VGBRA Members to run for club points.

               

                ______We agree to rake the barrels after every 5 runners for all classes and until the end of  VGBRA Time Only.

 

                ______We agree to run all barrel racing classes consecutively with no other events in between

 

                ______We will provide a duplicate timer sheet to the Vice-President the day of the race, including the          name of                                 the horse, rider, and time to the thousandths.

 

                ______ We will provide payout the day of the race.

 

                ______ We will send VGBRA $1 per VGBRA member running, within one week of the race.

 

                ______We understand that the rules are to be followed or further race approvals may be pulled.

 

                _______ In extreme ground/weather conditions, if the VBGRA Board of Directors deems the ground to be unsafe                      at either the time of setting the barrels, or after some racers have encountered problems due to the                                      ground, the approval can be pulled for safety reasons.
