Now starting our 3rd consecutive breeding year standing to the Public for 2012!  First Down French – “Chopper” is a phenomenal young stallion with all of the key ingredients required to make a Super Star performer and producer.  He is currently 15.1 hh, 1250# with strong bone structure, great feet & legs, extreme athleticism and a personality to die for!  Just like his 4 Million Dollar Sire, Frenchman’s Guy, this stallion was born to be a barrel horse.  He has a ton of natural bend, low set head and hocks, and is catty and quick in his turns.  His maternal grandsire, A Classic Dash, is a multiple world champion race horse, one of the top earning sons of First Down Dash, with race earnings of over $1.1 million and progeny earnings of over $5.8 million from only 7 crops to race.  Add this amazing speed to an already impeccable pedigree, and you have yourself the perfect barrel horse sire. 

**Chopper started competing in December 2008 (running as a 4 year old) and quickly headed straight for the top!!!  In his first years of competition (with very limited futurity hauling) his current Life Time Earnings are well over $45,000, of which most was earned in Open 1D competition!!!  At just 6 years of age he already holds several arena records and continues to rise.  He has proven without a doubt he is an incredible athlete and stand out competitor!!!! 

Chopper will continue his career as a barrel & rope horse while he also maintaining his busy schedule as a breeding stallion.  His first babies hit the ground in 2010 and are very impressive!!!  Second foal crop arrived in2011 and are to die for!  We are absolutely ecstatic to have this amazing stallion and his offspring….  See website for videos!!
