Perkster is currently being used on the ranch and is started on the barrels.  He is very quiet and gentle.  He is a stout, dense-boned stallion with an outstanding performance pedigree.  His perfomance on the ranch is matching his pedigree.  His oldest colt, a coming 4 year old, sold in the fall of 2008, is currently in Illinois in barrel training and coming along very nicely.  His current owners are making plans to get him ready for futurities.  He continues to throw a lot of color and more importantly, his colts are gentle, good-minded colts with his dense-bone, big hip and shoulder.
